One Line
One Line
One Line is a physics-driven puzzle game where you can redraw as many times as you like—but only one line exists on screen at a time. Your mission? Sketch the perfect ramp to guide a bouncing ball and reach the floating coin in each level. With minimalist 3D visuals laid over a hand-drawn grid, every stage tests your creativity, timing, and precision.
🍭 Concept & Mechanics
- One line at a time: Draw your path by holding the mouse (or touch). When you release, your new line replaces the old one—no clutter, no second guess.
- Realistic physics: After a 3→2→1 countdown, gravity takes over: the ball rolls, bounces, and slides along your only visible ramp.
- Reach the coin: Your goal is simple—get the ball to the coin. Collect it to trigger confetti VFX and a victory chime, then advance.
- Instant retry: If the ball falls off-screen, you hear a crash SFX and can immediately draw a fresh line to try again.
🎨 Visual Style
- Grid-paper backdrop: A subtle white-gray gradient with faint grid lines evokes a sketchbook vibe.
- Low-poly 3D models: The bright red sphere and golden winged coin pop against simple, clean materials.
- Hand-drawn line effect: Lines appear thick and rounded—just like a marker stroke on paper.
- Playful UI & fonts: Friendly, handwritten type guides you through menus and in-game prompts.
🚀 Gameplay
- Title Screen: “One Line” logo and a “How to Play” button.
- Level Start: Ball and coin appear; 3→2→1→Go! countdown plays.
- Draw: Hold to sketch your single line, then release to set the ramp.
- Roll & Reach: Watch the ball follow your line to the coin.
- Success: Confetti VFX and automatic load of the next level.
- Failure: Crash SFX, then instantly redraw your line for another try.
